Promotion at The Little Pantry IOI Mall

Yesterday me and my housemate; Yovita were spending time in IOI mall. In our way to Jasco we passed by this big board located in front of Elle outlet. It quite an interesting promotion and at that time we were looking a place for dinner as well, so we directly decided to take a look at this restaurant.  I think this is a new restaurant in IOI mall, im not really sure because this is my 1st time to be there after 8months (since I been to Germany).

We were in love with the decoration and relaxing seating environment.

Everything mostly in pink white and green. Garden is the decoration theme of this restaurant. Even the waiters all wearing so cute pink dress.

The price compare with other Italian restaurants is quite competitive. And beside pasta you can also have steaks and also local foods.

Housemate Convocation Day

Today is the 1st day of 4 days Convocation Marathon Of my campus, Multimedia University. In the morning I when to picked my sister up in the airport, she came from Jakarta and after that we directly when to campus because many of my friends from Faculty of Information Technology is graduating especially my housemate. We almost late because we thought that the ceremony gonna stay still 12pm and then the graduate will out after that, but eventually on 11.15am everybody is out from the grand hall already and I'm still on the car from Putrajaya. Luckily we managed to hurry and arrived in campus before everybody left.

Arthur's Day is back!!!!!!!!

OMG!! I'm so excited especially for this year celebration Taio Cruz will join the party! Yes, Taio Cruz the international R&B superstar! This gonna be his very first time to visit Malaysia. "Break Your Heart" & "Dynamite"!! Love both of his songs and it gonna be an amazing experience if can sing it together with the real singer.

Ridz Okumura Saloon & Boutique

Been to Ridz Okumura Saloon & Boutique yesterday and  the place is nice and comfortable, also the treatment that I got is value for my payment. I been there with a promotion voucher which cost me RM69 for hair grooming package (worth RM450) that include:

-Hair Colouring (Any Hair Length) 

-Hair Treatment + Scalp Treatment 

-Wash + Blow 

-Manicure

So, here I'm gonna share my experience and later you can decide weather the promotion package is worthed or not.

First I will talk bout the place and the facilities in the saloon. Overall it is a really nice saloon with comfortable couches for guest while waiting for their turn to be served or for those who just come to accompany their friend or partner. The waiting area is completed with flat screen monitor and dvd player also, some snacks together with coffee or tea is served on the table. See pictures below.

Secondly, regarding the staffs. When I was there there were only 3 main staffs who were in and the another 3 still in holiday. They all are nice and helpful. I called several time to asked for direction and they help me till I got to the saloon. Also 1 of my friend asked so many adjustment with the voucher such as change the manicure to hair cut and change the hair color treatment to crack-heel treatment and they really tried they best to give my friend what see wanted and finally got it.

Next, about the treatment. I tried all what they promises on the package and I''m really satisfied with my new hair color. To choose my hair color, I got a professional advice and it was professionally done with Loreal matirel product. While waited for my hair coloring process at the same time I got my manicure done.

The manicure is a classic manicure and the nail polish is from O.P.I. No hand massage. I talked with the lady who did the manicure for me and she said we can request for extra service but later we have to top up for it.

I choose Orange neon color. Summer!!

For the hair and Scalp treatment they do it at one time. No machine involved and they do it after the hair coloring finish. So, after hair wash they gonna put some product to our hair, little head massage and then waited for around 15-20 minutes and then wash hair again, blow and finish. I forget to asked whether there is any extra charge if we want for styling blow.

In my opinion, the voucher is really worthed. I mean, if I go to any saloon, for my hair length the cheapest hair color I can get is round RM160. Not to mention the cost to top up for the hair treatment. Even thought the manicure and hair + scalp treatment very simple but since I got my hair color really well done, I think it really valued for what I paid which is only RM69. And I surely will back to this saloon again because the service from the staff is really nice.

My Favorite Summer Attire 2011

Fresh, Light and sweeten with some deep colors element is my inspiration for this year 2011 summer. As you can see on the picture above, mini skirt and a simple turtle neck basic give me the feeling of freshness and absolutely they are a very light and comfortable attires. The white gladiator heel enhance my look to be modest and modern. A flip-flop also can be matched with this attire for a relax and easy going theme.

Aside from the main attire, accessories played very important rules on this summer as they really can bright up my appearance. Mix and match between necklaces, watches, earings and bangles is allowed. Don't be afraid to wear much of them as with a simple basic, the more accessories you have the more cool look you get. But of course with note that you match them properly in term of the color and amount. This summer I love to wear double necklaces at the same time and bangles on both of my hands. They look just fine. not too much at all!! :)

As I mentioned above, deep color element inspired me as well in this season. My favorite colors now are orange, red and green. See my accessories, most of them consist of several colors and it give advantage on mix and match. Also, it really brighten up my appearance and they look sweet like candies :)

Last but not least, a simple make up will do. DO NOT wear make up with too many color combination as it will make you look like a clown because your accessories attract enough attention already.
I wore two blue eye shadows and for the smooky effect I used grey color. No black eye shadow this time as I wanted it too be light. And then eye liner + blush on and the must thing is lip gloss. Super shinny lip gloss and wear it only in the middle of your lip as well as along the lips line to get the 3D effect.

A healthy color skin is  a plus for summer look. My tips: Drink a lot of mineral water and never forget to moisturize your skin with body lotion everyday. It is the most simple way to have a healthy skin. I never skip applying body lotion to my body and my favorite body lotions are White musk by ALYSSA ASHLEY and White Musk and Vanilla by BODY SHOP.

Back to Malaysia and the must thing to do of course get a new pair(s) of footwear from Vinnci. The 1st mall I visited was Mid Valley and I found a pair of little black elegant ballet type shoe in Vinnci+, but unfortunately they don't have it in my size. So bad because it was in promotion. Original price is RM200++ but after discount Only rm80 for 2 pairs!! really a good deal to be missed.

2days ago I been to One-Utama mall and in its Padini outlet there was a big sale going on up to 70% for the apparel. For shoes only up to 50% discount. I got my self few pairs and they quite cute even though I couldn't found the black ballet shoe that I wanted so badly.

Thai Airways; On flight Meals

This is my 2nd time fly with Thai Airways. The 1st was exactly 6  months ago when I flew from Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia to Munich,Germany. This time is my return flight. I finished my student exchange as well as my Europe trip so I had to back home. I'm gonna share all my Europe trip experiences and also my student exchange life and how everything feels like a dream to me as soon as I back to Malaysia, in other posts which will coming very soon. 

In this post mostly I share about how comfortable is my approximately 16hours flight with Thai Airways. The chairs is wide and soft enough. The food was great and the flight attendances was really kind and served us very well.

On the picture below that I took from the in-flight magazine, there is a detail on basic compliment when we purchase either economy or business and first class seat.

Currently Thai Airways also collaborate with  Resort World Sentosa, SIngapore  and with our boarding pass we can get 10% discount for entry ticket to Universal Studio and 15% discount for the Voyage de la Vie Show.

Now lets talk about the in-flight meals. My flight from Munich to Bangkok started at 21.50. So, I had my dinner 1st, then breakfast and the last one is Lunch on my flight from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur.

For Dinner I had Cooked Alaska Coal Fish

The fish taste good and moisturize enough. The spinach quite strange but still eatable.The noodles a bit spicy but great. I don't like the dessert because it is with mocca flavor. I don't take anything related to coffee. I love the most the Prawn salad. So yummy :)

After this heavy dinner I can't do anything except sleeping. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

And then woke up on time for the breakfast :)

Around 2hours after breakfast we were landing in Bangkok. I had to transferred to another flight to Kuala Lumpur and I had my lunch on the second plane.

It is rice with chicken and vegie. This time I liked the dessert because it with Blackcurrant flavor and at the button it has chocolate cake as the based. Sweet Sweet ^0^

During the whole flight I sat near the window and the advantage is I can see outside and I took few sunset pictures:

In Conclusion, I love to fly with Thai Airways and absolutely will happy fly again with it and recommend it to you especially for long our flight. As for short hour flight the price might be a bit expensive but for the service we will get, I think it worthed.  Cheers....
