1. This contest is open to everyone age 18 and above

3. Winner will be selected randomly from all participants whose completed all the the steps
required and submit the entry on time Via http://www.random.org/
4. The contest will ON only if it achieve at least 50 participants, Otherwise the contest will be
void.
