GrapeFruits Diet ^^V

Peggy Ooi, my internship supervisor, is the one who introduce me with grapefruit.
The appearance of grape fruit is look like oranges but it has red color flesh.
Actually grapefruits also have pink and white color flesh, but the one which Peggy bring everyday to office is the red color one.
It taste sour bitter and you really need courage and have to be brave enough to consume it because it 100% Sour + Bitter. No sweetness at all!!! hahahaha...

However, grapefruits contain a lot of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidant.
This is why grapefruits is recommendable for those who are in diet program (like us) ^^V
Furthermore, it is believed that grapefruit can reduces your appetite and therefore promoting weight loss.

Nowadays, a lot of
Grapefruit Diet Plan in the internet.
It said that the
Grapefruit Diet Plan can help you to lose up to 10 pounds in 12days and the best thing about this diet is that it is no need for to handle our self from enjoying our favorite meal. It is because during this diet we are allow to enjoy our normal meal at normal time.

It is RM2.00 per fruit where I get it from my fruit stall.......enjoy....
